About NID 2020 –21
The National Institute of Design (NID) is India's premier design school in Ahmedabad,
Gandhinagar and Bengaluru India. The institute functions as an autonomous body
under the government of India. NID is recognized by the Department of Scientific and
Industrial Research under Ministry of Science and Technology as a scientific and
industrial design research organization.
